Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days
  • United States: 5–15 business days
  • International: 7–30 business days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, AVAR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.


Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of:

  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged product

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
