We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products purchased through our website unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopavar.ca@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

A few things to consider
- In Canada, customers can still file chargebacks if products are not delivered or are significantly different from what was advertised.
